Yoo-Mi and I cooked again last night at Seva Cafe, a menu of ratatouille, aromatic rice, roasted peppers in vinagrette, and fried bananas with creamy chocolate sauce. The response continues to be enthusiastic. Last night, the owners of Ahmedabad’s two poshest restaurants dined with us. This afternoon, several of us are meeting with a journalist who is writing a story on Seva Cafe for the premiere issue of a magazine being launched next month by the Times Group. There is a definite buzz around this very cool place!
